CEW LSU Band official 2022_560.jpg
Joining the LSU marching band was a childhood dream of mine that came true my freshman year of college. As a proud member of the Golden Band from Tigerland—the most visible organization on LSU's campus with over 130 years of tradition—I’ve had the incredible opportunity to perform for hundreds of thousands of fans, travel the country (even as far as Las Vegas!), and connect with people from all walks of life. Being in the band has introduced me to lifelong friends and countless memories I’ll cherish forever. It’s taught me to communicate and collaborate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds as we work toward a common goal: putting on a great show and upholding our legacy of excellence. Balancing 6+ hours of weekly rehearsals and the full-day commitment of game days has strengthened my time management skills, allowing me to fully immerse myself in this rewarding experience. Most importantly, Tiger Band has shown me the power of leading by example. Through my commitment, positive attitude, and strong work ethic, I strive to uplift those around me and do my part to build a culture of dedicated teamwork. My efforts were recognized when I received the Outstanding New Member award after my freshman season, a testament to my commitment to excellence.

The day after the LSU vs. Southern game in 2022, the band traveled to NOLA to perform halftime for a Saints game. We got to enjoy the view from the Superdome's sideline!

After passing auditions freshman year and surviving a grueling week of band camp, a celebratory photo was in order!

Mike the Tiger took notes from his bovine friends when he pulled this sign out at the LSU vs. South Carolina Gamecocks game in 2024. Another win for the Tigers!

Picture day didn't have to end in high school.

LSU vs. Ole Miss 2024 win! LSU rolled out some fun bracelet lights to coordinate with the stadium's new lighting system. Fun fact: We wore the lights on our shoulders so our sets would really shine!

Another pic from the 2024 LSU vs. Ole Miss game. Seeing the field stormed one last time was the cherry on top of my senior marching season!

Continuing my tradition of a celebratory band camp pic, I got to showcase the band's redesigned uniform shirt!
